Dolphin Bathrooms. Specialise in bathroom renovations by Qualified plumbers. Heritage review. We were very happy with the finish of Heritage products - we did our bathroom out to match the style of the house and they were one of the few companies doing Art Deco style suites. The design is good, the only issue we had was with a toilet seat that delaminated after six months but Heritage exchanged it with no fuss.

Dolphin Bathrooms sounded so good, the salesman was excellent and the surveyor was very thorough. Then it all went wrong - I am so disappointed with their service, our bathroom which was ghastly before is not much better now. We have had to chase them up all the way - they have now looked at it and said it should all be done again. What a joke - the person who did it the first time is coming back to do it again so why will it be any better the second time around. I despair, they havent got a clue about service it is absolutely rubbish Dolphin how can you be so bad in a recession - you really need to get your act together because reviews like this will not do you any good.
